چکیده مقاله:
Since its emergence, Additive Manufacturing (AM) as known as 3D printing (3DP) technology has been receiving widespread attention, especially in recent years, the rapid popularization of FDM equipment has created a wave of 3D printing technology application research, this layer-by-layer production technology of 3D printing, and its unique molding method, brings people a new choice for manufacturing parts. The layer-by-layer forming method makes it possible to design integrated and complex parts, which not only reduces the number of parts, but also reduces the weight of the final parts, which in turn saves materials and reduces waste materials , Through investigation and research, the traditional manufacturing technology and 3D printing technology and its related processes are introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of the two are systematically analyzed and compared, and the future development trend of 3D printing technology is prospected, which has a certain guiding role in understanding 3D printing technology.
