As we know, vapor heat exchangers at the end of the combined gas turbine gas cycle are used to produce hot water for existing processes using hot air outputs reaching 600 ° C. Due to the continuous setup and continuous shutdown of the turbine at the time of operation, additional thermal load on the structural elements of the wall and mechanical-thermal stresses are carried out. Here, the finite element analysis of the gas wall turbine wall plate; as a thin sheet of matched under the influence of thermal stresses caused by hot air flow in turbine output in steady state thermal analysis and static- structural analysis modules in the finite element AnsysV18 Done.
The finite element analysis process, as well as the dimensions considered for analyzing the thermal stresses as well as the boundary conditions that are required, are presented here in real terms. Finally, the software outputs with the deformations and damages created on the hot section of the gas turbine output is being investigated and analyzed. By examining the software outputs, we can adopt an optimal and acceptable model for realization of the hot turbine output sheet to reduce the failure of the turbine wall.
